Bertech High Temperature Double Sided Polyimide Tapes are made of 1 mil thick HN polyimide film with 1.5 mil of silicone adhesive coating on each side. They are available in widths of up to 20 inches. These tapes are packaged with a single PET Liner in a 36 yard-long roll on a 3 inch core. High Temperature Double Sided Polyimide Tapes are used for splicing of insulating layers, masking circuit boards, and coils. The tapes are reliable and durable with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, and other demanding environments. They offer outstanding thermal endurance with excellent puncture and tear resistance. They are designed to be used for temporary masking purposes.
